Muscatine Police Department Press Release 04-28-09 On 03-27-09, the Muscatine Police Department received a report of an unknown subject allegedly enticing three juvenile males into a vehicle and later attempts to have sexual relations with the alleged victims.
After received the report, the Muscatine Police Department investigated the allegation resulting in the arrest of Erik Aaron Huerta, a twenty-six year old male residing at 1415 First Avenue, Muscatine Iowa.
Huerta is being held in the Muscatine County Jail awaiting his initial appearance.
