PRESS RELEASE 08-033588 August 08, 2008 On Friday, August 8, 2008, at about 4:45 AM, a Muscatine Police Department Officer witnessed a female running from a vehicle near the Muscatine Police Station.
Hills then proceeded East on By-Pass 61 when the Muscatine Police Department was assisted by the Muscatine County Sheriff’s Department.
Investigation of the incident culminated in William Allen Hills being charged with the following crimes: • Threat of Arson (Class D Felony) • Going Armed with Intent (Class D Felony) • Eluding While Participating in a Felony (Class D Felony) • Felony Assault on a Police Officer (Class D felony) • Aggravated Domestic Abuse Assault (Aggravated Misdemeanor) ...
