CALL TO ORDER: With the arrival of a quorum, President Johnston called the meeting to order at 4:42 p.m.

Long Range Planning – Progress on the Pearl Pavillion project – A meeting of the joint LRP committee is scheduled for January 24.
A second meeting will be on Jan. 29 which hopefully Kay Runge will attend. B. Hours Change – Collins proposed a year-round schedule where the library would be open 7 days a week, totaling 62 hours.
