  • Press Release 02/4/08 “Cop Cards” The Muscatine Police Department recently made Cop Cards for all the officers on the department as well as the non sworn personnel.
  • The cards were made in an effort to promote community policing as well fostering increased interaction between officers of the Muscatine Police Department and our community.
