Abstract:	Media Release 09/29/09 On Saturday October 3 st1Halloween will be celebrated in the Cities of Muscatine and Fruitland. Trick or treat in Muscatine is 5-7 PM. Trick or treat in Fruitland is 5:30 PM-7:30 PM. The Muscatine Police are asking persons to usexetra caution during these times. TheMuscatine PoliceDepartment will have extra officerson patrol during trick or treat hour.sOfficers will have candy as well as glow necklaces with them. Kids are encouraged to ask officers for candy and a glow necklace.Parents should feel free to report any problems to any patrol officer or by calling Muscatine Communications Dispatch at 5-263-9922.
