CALL TO ORDER: President Johnston called the meeting to order at 4:32 p.m.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Lande moved to approve the minutes of the May 14, 2008 meeting as printed.
BILLS FOR PAYMENT: Lande moved to approve payment of bills dated 6/3/08 totaling $11,700.93 and those dated 6/17/08 totaling $18,166.73.
