You may also query the system, at no charge, to see if there are any tickets with outstanding balances. You can look up parking fines by ticket, notice or license plate number. Note that ticket information may not be immediately available for inquiry and/or payment if it has not yet been entered

Fee(s)
In order to recover the costs of credit card processing, a convenience fee will be added to the amount of the parking fine payment. The convenience fee will be calculated based upon the amount of the payment.

As a general rule, this site does not collect personally identifying information about you when you visit our site, unless you choose to provide such information to us. The information we receive is used for the sole purpose of obtaining credit card payment authorization for parking violations issued in the City of Muscatine, Iowa.
