Mayor DeWayne Hopkins called the meeting for the

City Council's budget review session (or Thursday.

January 31.2013. to order at 5:30 p.m. Councilmembers

present were LeRette. Fitzgerald. Natvig. Shihadeh.

Bynum. Phillips, and Spread. Also present were City

Administrator Gregg Mandsager and Finance Director

Nancy lueck.

The

first item onthe agenda was an overview olthe

proposed 2013/2014 budget. City Administrator

Mandsager gave a power point presentation on the pro

posed budget.

Budget review sessions are scheduled to begin on

ference

room

of

city

hall.

The

budget

schedule

is

available

onthe city'swebsite.

With no further comments concerning the budget

preparation material, comments were solicited from

Councilmembers.
