Council's budget review session for Tuesday. January 31.

2012. to order at 5:30 p.m. Councilmembers present were

Phillips. Also present were City Administrator Gregg

Mandsager. Finance Director Nancy Lueck. and Public

Works Director Randy Hill as well as other Public Works

staff.

Public Works activities reviewed included Public Works

Engineering,

Roadway

Maintenance,

Traftic

Control. Snow and Ice Control. Street Cleaning. Building &

Grounds.

Collection

&

Drainage,

Storm

Water,

Equipment

Services,

and

Equipment

Replacement.

Additionally.

Randy

Hill reviewed the projected overtime and materia! savings

realized duetothe light winter.

With no further business to conduct, the meeting

adjourned at 7:35 pm.
