    Halloween will be celebrated in the Cities of Muscatine
    and Fruitland. Trick or treat in Muscatine is 5 PM-7 PM. Trick or treat in Fruitland
    is 5:30 PM -7:30 PM. The Muscatine Police are asking persons to use extra caution
    during these times. The Muscatine Police Department will have extra officers on
    patrol during trick or treat hours. Officers will have candy as well as glow
    necklaces with them. Kids are encouraged to ask officers for candy and a glow
    necklace. Parents should feel free to report any problems to any patrol officer or
    by calling Muscatine Communications Dispatch at 563-263-9922.
